I've searched a bit for peoples' SAFC settings and I have noticed a trend. S5's with mods end up needing fuel taken out of the upper rpm range, while modded S4's need more. RarestRX is the prime example of an S5, and his SAFC map has more than 10% fuel taken out of the upper range, while Wozoom with an S4 needed 550 secondary injectors and _still_ needed to add fuel above 4k rpm.

Well I finally have a tune going on my ported S4 NA that I think is in the ballpark. I'm using the stock 460 injectors and have just a header, ported intake mani and ram / cold air intake and advanced ignition timing. Stock cat and catback.

The engine is probably putting out around 150-160 rwhp judging by my quarter mile times and the car's weight with me driving it. My airflow meter is angled with the flap slightly downward to richen up the midrange mixture and that's why the low end needed fuel taken out, but it wouldn't have needed any removed if my airflow meter was in the stock (horizontal) position.

So there u go, another S4 NA with some mods appears to need a bit more fuel after the aux ports open up. It appears to be true that S4 NA's like more fuel when modded after all.

Wow, I always thought it was the other way around...very very interesting. I guess I'll find out how much I'll be needing in another month or so (mine and another friends car, maybe). I love testing...it's the greatest thing ever. Do you have any dyno sheets (Gtech included...the rolling road dyno , I actually trust it more than a stationary one) so I can see what your curve looks like? Do you have a wideband yet, how'd you determine how much to add and take out?
