I was on vacation for two weeks, and when I got back I started my 88 RX7 Turbo II, but only let it run for less than a minute and turned it off. I have now tried to start it for three days with no luck. I charged the battery, and it turns over strong. I smell gas, so I am assuming its not the fuel pump. I have a fuel cutoff switch because I usually have problems starting when the engine is hot. Fuel cut off doesn't work, so this should rule out flooding. Anyone have any ideas as to what this is?

It's flooded.

You are not supposed to shut engine off before it reaches operating temp.

Do the heavy duty unflooding procedure. The 1 where you put oil into the plug holes. I am sure a search will give you all the details (or PM me).
