help-wire identification

does anyone know where this wire connects to, its for a 91 n/a m/t
im talking about the wire on the right in this picture

on this other picture you could see its spliced together with the other cable

Looks like it connects to a ground of some sort. Do you have any floating flat pieces of metal about the same size in your engine bay? Can't get a good look at the bottom picture though...

check the left side of the engine at the oil sender.
that yellow one goes to a sender.

probably the capacitor thing next to the oil pressure sender. it should mount on/near the slave cylinder

get one from a wrecking yard or ask in the parts wanted section. plenty of gutted cars out there with one i'm sure.
