Already checked Mazdatrix.com as well as several other Mazda parts
web sites with no luck on finding the lock assembly or lock actuator.

Would appreciate any leads to Mazda parts shops online or off
that might have these parts -

if not..... guess I'll be checking the pick n' pulls tomorrow....

Between :

http://www.mazdatrix.com/in-locks.htm

and

http://www.mazdatrix.com/doorwin2.htm

can you not piece together what you need?

Another option would be posting what you need in the forsale/wanted section

Jacob -

Thanks for the links but I've already looked there - those are the keyed door locks -
haven't been able to find the parts I need on Mazdatrix or any other Mazda parts
sites as yet.

I'm looking for the door latch assembly that gets bolted into the side of the door
that actually performs the locking function and the operating rods that connect the
outside door lock and inside lock handles.

I'll check the "for sale" section to see what's available and will start calling the
pick and pulls in my area - got to get this fixed ASAP - door opens and shuts now -
UNLESS I lock it then I can't open again without using a hanger to trigger the latch
to release (a real pain in the @ss).

HI All:

I was able to get a complete door latch assembly with the rods and everything at a local pick and pull for $20.00 (yeah!!) - only took me 1 1/2 hours to get it our of the door in one piece....

Now to figure out the easiest way to get mine out and the new one in....
