i posted this late last night, but im hopeing to get different peoples opinions on it. ok, my 87 is a little difficult to start, you have to hold the key for like 10 seconds and give it gas. when it starts it spudders a little and then proceeds to rev to about 4000 rpms!! it doesnt go down. i attempted to adjust the idle but with no luck, when i do that it sounds like its about to die. but the funny thing is, is that when you drive it it runs pretty good but at a stop it still revs just as high. after running it about 15 minutes and it still has power and is fully warmed up. i shut it off and then i guess when it feels like it (off and on) when you restart it (like today) after it sits like 20 minutes it idle up and down but not as high, about 1000-1800, and feels like it might die. is it electrical? a buddy of mine seems to think the rear rotor has lost compression. the car had sat for quite some time too, dont know exactly how long, but had to do a tune up and a few other things to get it to initially run, and sometimes the car doesnt really have any power, its like the car doesnt know what to do. PLEASE HELP!!!
