help: turbo two swap runs for aprox. 5 secs then dies

i put in my jdm turbo two engine and it fires up everytime then dies. Seems to have a vaccum leak somewhere. Not sure it that would cause the problem listed, I used all of my n/a electronics, computer, maf, everything. Im hoping that its something simple so i can drive it today. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it might be the AFM. I started it and if you push the afm in furth like its sucking more air it runs better and will stay running. but at soon as you let off it dies right away.

So could be a really big leak also. I had one at my BAC block off plate but not it is sealed but hasnt changed much

Is the afm supossed to sound like something is rattling in there when you shake it a little??

They have different ecu's, maf's, and wiring harness.
