help with TT-13B swap

Right now i own a NA 87 GXL and I have my hands on a 3rd gen that I want to take the engine out of and put in my 2nd gen, I was wondering if I could get a link to a topic or other website or even help from someone on here. I can take what I need from the 3rd gen but was wondering about custom brackets and things of that sort.

Please help!

Ok, not to be an *** here...but, if you're not sure of what process that it takes to put the 13B-REW into a FC, then I don't think that you should be attempting to put a 20B into an FD.

BTW, to answer your question. Yes, it will take custom motor mounts, sub frame fabrication, and oil pan changes, along with a slew of other things to make the 13B-REW fit into an FC.

You might be better off selling the !3Brew drive train and using that money to rebuild the 2nd gen...

That's a pretty good reason.

Do you have to port match the TII intermediate housing?

It's easier then people say if you have the shop tools to do it.

I did a similar process to my car with a 13BRE

There is also a company out there that makes a mount

the idea about using the the FC intermediate housing is good but not realistic!!

the rew engine features significantly higher ports than the 13bt, so it is not possible to use the 13bt intermediate 'cause it will not match the lim of the rew!! i've tried a similar mod last week, and did some comparison to the two different housings.

and by the way, 13bt intermediate housing has different mountings for the primary injectors, rew injectors won't fit!!

yeah i'm for real what makes you think that i would be making this up. i'm not going to use the n/a engine i'm putting the 13BTT in it. and the veilside kit is still in production.

the fd is being turned just a show car/weekend driver
and the fc is going to be my drift/drag monster

You have a problem using capitalization.
You have a problem using proper punctuation.
Your English grammar sucks.
You sound like a 12-year old kid.
It's hard to take you posts seriously when you type like you're in elementary school.
