help with T2 swap
im thinking about buying this N/A s5 roller with a blown motor and dropping in an imported s5 T2 swap. the T2 swap would come with the following:
• Complete Motor
- Block
- Head
- Intake Manifold
- Exhaust Manifold
- Sensors
- Fuel Rail
- Injectors
- Cam Angle Sensor
- Throttle Body
- Alternator
- Starter
- Ignition Wires
- Pulleys
- Turbo manifold
- Turbocharger
• 5-Speed RWD Transmission
• Computer(ECU)
• Intercooler
• Complete Wiring Harness
is this pretty much a direct swap/drop-in? or am i gunna find out im gunna need tons of misc. parts halfway into the swap?

sounds like the motor i bought....where are u buying it from....jspecauto.com....problems i ran into mine.....needed to swap out entire rear axle as the turbo driveshaft would not fit right...also need turbo driveshaft...either u need a front mount or a turbo hood...the wiring harness is a jspec....3 feet to short....so either find a us wiring harness or go with a different ecu system.....i went microtech......also buying a jspec motor is kind of risky......when i first did the swap had to rebuild the front half cause a apex seal was blown.....a month later the rear half blew an apex seal....just picked the car up yesterday....now fully rebuilt motor runs very nice.....
also you will need the MAF sensor if using stock ecu
thats pretty much what i ran into....spent alot more money then i thought i would have to but i love it.......i would just look around for a T2....alot cheaper......but yes hard to find
