diff won't line up.

so i've been trying to get my diff back in after replacing the front mount. I have the subframe as low as it will go without dropping it on to the ground. anti-sway, coilovers, sublink are all disconnected. Basically no matter what I try i cannot get the front and rear mounts to line up, only one will line up. I had the front mount welded solid so i'm thinking this may be the problem. Does the mount need some play to install correctly? Am i forgetting something?
Thanks

I'm going to guess that the front mount was welded wrong.

well the mount wasn't broken or anything, so i'm not sure how it could be welded "wrong". Like i said i'm not sure if there needs to be play on the mount, it doesn't seem like it though.

Its been so long since I did mine.
I'm not really sure what your problem might be.
I don't remember it be very hard to install.
