Arrow Help with stripped/rusted 5/6pi screws

THis seems like a very stupid problem but yet it is still my problem. I want to clean my 5/6 ports so i cna get them to work properly. RIght now you have to bang them with a screwdriver to get them to move. However the screws that hold the covers(dont know another name) on are rusted bad and totally stripped. What can i do outsid eof removing the LIM?

EZ-out is the best to go. A right-angle drill is your friend in this situation.

But wouldnt drilling it risk damaging the LIM?

Out of curiousity would I have any problems putting a s4 UIM on a s5 LIM on my s5 block? I only ask cause I have one sitting around in great shape so i wont have to worry about the screws and 6pi cleaning. Itll only be for a few months till my turbo system is ready.
