help! streetport motor problem!

i got a 13b streetported motor... question is, it's use to idle at 1500 now it's only 1200 when cold and when fully warmed up it's on 700 and pulsates? I checked oil, it's good. Check coolant, it's good.. i left it for 30 days when i came back it wont start, it got flooded, fixed that then a week later it got flooded again.... dont know whats going on.. rotary noob!

compression test. turbo or non turbo? could also be a large vacuum leak, do a thorough visual inspection of your vacuum lines and intake ducts. the turbo intake ducts love to crack on the bottom where it feeds into the turbo causing starting and idling issues.
