Help Setting Throttle Cable and Keeping the Car Alive Vids & Pics

Alright Thanks for everyones help on the last thread I got the fc alive
now i have questions regarding setting my throttle cable and the car
keeps dieing and making a whining noise. The pics explain the throttle cable
problem and the video explains the weird noise and when it dies down, i
plugged the afm right and all the connections for that are on good.
and all of my vacuum lines are on right, its weird. Thanks for any help.

Right click save as for vid: http://www.elit3.com/upload.php?file=IM000354.MPG

Edit- Note the whining of the motor.

SS Omp lines
Rebuilt injectors
Firewall heater hose
Fuel Filter with new fuel lines and clamps
K & N A OEM filter
OEM Radiator Cap
Coolant Hoses

Put on new intake manifold because i broke my old one threading the bolts wrong.

1) video don't work

2) why do you think the throttle should be at WOT after moving the throttle cable like 2 mm to the side?

3) I have no idea what the problem is?

The whine sounds like a noisy idler pulley bearing; or something else driven by the belts.

The zoom zoom is the TPS at closed throttle and something like a vac leak pushing revs >1500 where the ECU gives a fuel cut.

Try this video viewer. The site is polish, but when you install it there is an english option. Make it your default viewer for all but MP3 & WAV.

To isolate bearing noise – the old school mechanic’s stethoscope:
Grab a thin stick, dowel, or rod at the end. (even a long screwdriver)
Put the other end on the bearing nut of an idler, or on the frame of an accessory.
Put your ear to the finger & thumb of the hand holding the rod.
You’ll be amazed at what you can hear.

While troubleshooting for a vac leak, unplug the TPS to avoid the cycling fuel cuts.
