So i've been getting this problem. Last few weeks have been really trying to save on petrol, so not going over 3000rpm. But servicing the car myself soon so i decided to run injector cleaner through it(problem was occuring before the injector cleaner, so unrelated) But i've found sometimes when i put my foot down, above or around 3000rpm, the car kind of free revs? It's like the clutch is slipping, but i dont think it is that, because it's not a consistent thing? Completely clueless, but i think it may be because of the cone filter i put on while im waiting for my K&n drop in. Any help would be awesome, but hopefully it's just the filter.

Also think it hasn't been hitting 7psi, been only getting 5. Everything is stock basiccally, s5 turbo aus delivered. has a 3" turbo back exhaust to y-pipe. And the cone filter for now.

Clutch cylinder/pedal is slightly jammed? Pressure plate almost gone?

Ummm clutch isn't jammed, i have noticed it's abit stiff at the end though(ie. when pulling it out) but other than that and the other problem nothing. If it is the pressure plate, how much to fix it? :P

what happens if you put the car in 3rd gear and you slowly let off the clutch? If the clutch is sticky coming up then look at your hydraulics too.

Hmm i just checked and no it's not sticky, just get a creaking kinda noise coming as i pull the last say 5cm out? Hopefully it's just needing fluid, because i'm servicing it myself this weekend and bought some redline oil for it.
