brake duct.
I'd search the parts manual or FSM on Foxed.ca to get a better idea.

Possibly fog lights. They mount in the same spot.

that thing hanging down with the hole in it is one of your front tow hooks. i think there is a bracket attached to the duct that bolts to the fender and frame.

i know for the tow hook braket lol.
i will take a look for the braket your talking about attached to the brake duct.
Im sure theres a braket holding the lower portion of the fender its easy to tell because the fender got 2 hole in the bottom.

Thanks guys

its been a while since I had a bumper off but I dont think there is a bracket for the bottom of the fender, its pretty easy to move that back and forth. The holes are for the chin spoiler and fenderwell liner

There is no bracket there. The brake duct is what is missing. IT IS the "structural" piece you are missing.

That's why I put it in quotes LoL.

He keeps saying he has a structural piece missing, but in reality, it's just a piece missing.

I agree and im happy that nothing is realy missing,(nothing 'structural' lol)
Nothing seem to bolt here exept the brake air duct and the optional front lip .

rob right now im done with my paint job and i have a nice left over box fill with unknow small parts.. (the left over box is a must for any big project)
