Help,Oil pressure going crazy!

My oil pressure shoots all the way to the "O" where is reads Oil-P, almost all the time I start it cold. Has anyone had this problem? What should I do?

Probably either the condensor is unplugged and the sender is bad or there is a pinched wire.
