Help with oil leak.

*Note, this is not my engine. The TII I am looking at seems to have this "caked on mess" of oil on this pipe.
see pic.



what the hell could this be from.?

please don't say bad turbo.

Wow, got oil on the intercooler intake pipe eh? That's some impressive oil squirting from somewhere. Or are you just trying to be funny by pointing to a pipe that runs air and another one that runs coolant?

Does it run? Maybe you'll be able to see it dribbling out from somewhere.

it runs and drives fine, and no leaks anywhere on the ground, not trying to be funny or anything, it just caked on and ****, makes not sense.

maybe thats the wrong pipe, but it goes down to the turbo, from up top, and then it disappears into a heat shield. if that helps any

both those locations suggest the oil cooler or front cover lines are leaking and what ever you are using for a fan is sucking through and throwing the oil.
