Exclamation HELP!!! Oil cooler line removal

I am in the process of pulling my engine and can’t get the oil cooler lines disconnected from the cooler or the motor. I am not sure if I am just not giving it enough force or doing it wrong. Before I break anything please tell me if there are any hints or tips and where should I disconnect it from???

disconnect from the engine, i think you'll need a 26 and 21 mm for the front part and a 23 for the rear banjo, theyre stuck on fairly well, you'll need a decent amount of force, don't strip them.
