Angry Help with O2 sensor

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove my original O2 sensor from my '86 sports exhaust manifold without the use of high explosives!? The manifold is out of the car. I have been dousing it in WD40 for several days and have tried both a butane torch and a long wrench and hammer. Any input would be helpfull.

Also if anyone in the michigan area has a header that I could use instead I would be most gratefull. I need to get this car running before the snow starts to fly. Also need fuel rails from an 89-91.
Thanks in advance all.

Chris

If you have a socket, breaker bar, add a pipe to the bar and turn, after securing manifold...Large vise. Actually found it easier to remove while on car with an extension, especially after car warm.

Leverage is great! A long pipe always works, or something breaks.

Thanks guys, I have a pipe and a breaker bar, but not a socket. Anyone remember which size it is offhand.
