Just got around to starting the engine I rebuilt and installed it started easy so was very happy
then I went to pull it out of garage and it will not go into gear w engine on
tried bleeding clutch
tried adjusting clutch pedal
can see the fork move at least an inch when clutch pressed in
from bottom inspection hole can see disc move just a hair from flywheel

I’ve been reading
Possible
clutch disc backwards? It was new act kit swear it was labeled for correct side
bad slave cylinder
damage to pilot bearing to point where it is stuck to input shaft

with car on no bearing noises
trying to exhaust all options before tranny comes out
thank you for any help or suggestions
want to drive this thing soon

new slave cylinder going on tmrw if it does not help will start to pull trans

Well I’m a dumbass disc backwards lots of wrk for no reason
going to try to get it back together today
