Clutch won't disengage

I installed a new engine and clutch into a second gen. I also replaced the piolet and throw out bearings when I did the clutch. I just pulled the tranny out for the fourth time to replace the piolet bearing again, but it seems fine. I can stick my finger in and turn it without any resistance. I am still going to replace it anyways, but I really don't think that it is the problem. When this car first arrived at my shop, it did disengage, so it shouldn't be a hydraulic problem. When the clutch pedal is pressed, the slave cylinder moves the fork pretty far, so it looks to be alright. I tried adjusting the pedal until there wasn't any more room for adjustments, and it still didn't work. What could be causing this? I am really stumped here! Thanks for any help in advance!

yea, the disk and pressure plate are new. The fork looks to be alright. When I first brought the car in, the clutch would disengage, but now it won't. The only things I changed that had something to do with the tranny were the pressure plate, disk, throw out bearing, and piolet bearing. I don't think there was any way I could have bent the fork. I only had it out to replace the thow out bearing.
