Help with my T2 engine build

Just to try and make this as short as I can i got a S5 T2 engine by a mistake instead of an S4 and I wanted to know what I need to do to be able to use a S4 wireharness because Im going to be goin Rtek most likely. I want to rebuild it, get the porting templates, use the S5 engine block,S4 omp. I dont know which manifolds i need to use and which turbo because im going to go with a BNR stage II. Can anyone help me and tell which parts i have to use to build this? I have a lot of ideas for building this but i want to know which way is best and why.

this actually happened to me also..i got an s5t2 instead of an s4 and what i did was use an s4t2 harness as long as u get an s4t2 front cover,s4 omp, s4t2 throttle body, and also the injectors that would work with ur harness....and thats all i used and rite now its on my fc and i got it to start and ran it for a little bit...still trying to get it run rite tho...
