Help my 10th AE wont start!

It started last friday my car developed a small miss I took it home and parked it till monday then I started it back and when I was driving it would miss really bad when I was at about 3000 rpm on up. Not a jerk but sputtering and NO power. I took it home and checked the plugs and they were all crusty black. And today I bought new plugs and wires the new plugs were black within 20 minutes it was smokin like crazy gas was coming out of the tailpipe I had to floor the gas just to move it out of the way. The plugs are dead already!!! Now it wont start even with a fuel cut switch! What happened?

I put the old plugs back in and checked the spark they are all firing. I also done compression test it was about 98psi (with a very old battery) I am going to take the plugs back to autozone for exchange. Any ideas why I am flooding so badly?

When was the last full tuneup / 60K mile service? Could just need a tuneup, fuel filter change, fuel injector cleaning, etc..

I just rebuilt the engine 3000 miles ago. I have done everything except clean the injectors. I am planning on having them cleaned at rc engineering. Do you think injectors are my problem? Do pressure regulators go bad often? Maybe too much fuel pressure? I am going to do a fuel pressure test soon.
