Help me figure out this vibration?

Okay so I have a Turbo engine mounted to the N/A drivetrain...I ended up shredding the cluster shaft gear on my original transmission during a 3rd gear pull from the super duper amount of torque...

I've acquired 4-5 different N/A transmissions since. First one I put in had an audible bearing failure. At idle you could hear the input shaft spinning. The second one I put in was worse. Grinding gears also noisy. The one that is currently in the car is almost good, but I cant figure out if I did something wrong or it is also broken. first through 3rd is fine. 4th has a small vibration and 5th vibrates pretty bad. BUT if the car is put into neutral going 60 MPH on the highway the vibration goes away negating the thought of a driveshaft issue. However this one doesnt have a vibrating shifter like the previous trans.

Here is the catch...this last one was installed with some new trans poly level zero motorsports trans bushings...basically solid mounts with the through bolt design. Would factory mounts get rid of this vibration by any chance? I'm still on my original engine mounts....I'm almost thinking that might be contributing to this as well.

TL;DR blew original trans, . installed poly trans bushings on new trans. new trans vibrates in 5th. no vibes in neutral @ 60 mph. wat do

It would be easy and relatively cheap to install Mazdaspeed engine/trans mounts and see if it fixes the problem.
Can't hurt.

I have Mazdacomp Engine mounts and had poly mounts on my trans for a few thousand miles, then got sick of them. They would vibrate so bad unless you were winding the car out at like 6k. Switch to Mazdacomp mounts and it should go away.
Some people say that when you run solid engine and trans mounts your get no bad vibrations, I don't have any personal experience with that though.

Those mounts usually come with locking type nylon nuts.
If you adjust them, you may be able to get the vibration out.
I noticed when installing mine that they do not have a set amount of limit that you can judge by.If you tighten the nuts you can see the poly mount compress. So I just set them where they just start to compress.NO problem so far.
