more info about the idle issue. the more, the better for us to tell you what the problem most likely will be. For now i would say its a vac issue.

Sounds like another botched emissions removal.

It's likely that you mixed up a vacuum nipple, or you have a vacuum leak somewhere. You'll need to go through you work and confirm that you did not mix up any hoses or create any leaks.

Sorry to thread jack, but what is the AWS hose? Its in pic 13. I have that capped off cause my idle went all funky, but haven't had problems since then.

Its probably bad practice to assume everything is wired/plugged in correctly if its not working, even more so if your car was working fine before you touched it.

Its a half-assed emmisions removal job imo.

What?!? The fuel pump is directly connected to the AFM fyi. The ECU doesn't need the afm for the seconds but the fuel pump needs the afm anyhow.

he is getting fuel he can keep it running with his foot so its not the pump

im just saying it sounds like a botched emissions removal not a fuel problem

I never said it was a fuel problem. I said that the AFM is connected to the fuel pump directly. If the afm is removed/unplugged ( like you suggested) its like having no fuel pump. So its not a good idea to do that if you wanna test why your car doesn't idle.

When you did this emissions removal, did you also remove the cold start thermowax and BAC valve?

Are you sure there are no vacuum leaks? Your symptoms suggest there are multiple large leaks.

it may sound dumb but would it be possible to use carb cleaner to help find vacuum leaks?
