HELP! installing mbc!

HELP! installing mbc!

I finally have some time off work... and i'd like to get this over and done with today!!!
I want to install a dual stage MBC (seems to be just a complicated version of a bleeder mbc).
Now i understand that i need to pop one end of the tee into the wastegate, and the other into the turbo compressor housing nipple. My question is, HOW THE HELL DO I DISABLE THE STOCK SYSTEM!? Do i just pull the existing tee out and leave it hanging? Do i plug it? WHAT DO I DO!!! help!!!
