Help With Install Order...

Basically here are the few things I still have to do for my car:

- Install S-AFC
- Install Walbro/Rewire
- Install RB Turboback
- Port Wastegate

So first I plan on porting my wastegate, then installing my S-AFC, then getting the exhaust/walbro installed at the same time. So for the S-AFC, first when I install it I want to keep it at the same settings as stock, so what primary settings should I go with? Then, i'm going to have the walbro and RB Turboback installed at the same time, with the S-AFC already wired up on the car. Do I even bother changing S-AFC settings here, or will the walbro/rewire let me run rich enough to just wing it until I bring it to a dyno to get it tuned? I would probably be driving it for under a week before I got it tuned, so would it be safe to do that until then, or are there some settings I should change on the S-AFC in the meantime?

Thanks again,
Brian

THE only way to accurately use an SAFC is on a wideband. As a rule, with 550s, you should be safe to about 10 PSI.

And for what its worth, the SAFC is better at turning DOWN larger injectors then it is at turning UP smaller ones.

Well for stock injectors would I be good with a walbro and rewire to go driving around with without running into problems until it gets properly tuned?

Brian:
I would install the pump and rewire at any time as it's not going to cause any ill effects on the stock components. I would then install the S-AFC, stock. When having the wastegate ported, I would install the RB turbo back at that time, while you have the exhaust disconnected at the turbo.
Just my thoughts.

That sounds like a good plan, shouldn't be any more expensive to have a different exhaust put back on.
