Where is the coolant leak?
With that mileage, assuming original engine as no rebuild was mentioned, it may need new coolant seals.
In short, it may need an engine rebuild.

yeah i dont think that it has ever been rebuilt.
how much dose a rebuild usualy run if i buy the manual and do it myself?
and ist it a bad idea to buy the car? i mean im only paying 1300 for it and its all original.

Rebuilds are expensive. Go to mazdatrix.com and look up the pricing on their rebuild kits. It's anywhere from $300-$1200.
You might as well save your time and money and buy one with less miles and less problems.
But whether or not you decide to buy that car or another one you'll be spending money on replacing belts, hoses, interior parts, mounts, tune-up stuffs (oil, anti-freeze, etc..) because who knows when they replaced all that stuff. I'm sure I'm not the only one who blew a radiator hose 10 miles + from home after buying their RX-7.

check out the Paper and Car Traders,etc..and also the Sec Gen Cars for sale section here on forum..I Know that is not what you want to hear but I Know that you could get a Good running Car for that Price, and I for one would not settle for Something that is "leaking Coolant".You could just be Tossing your Money In the Crapper, and Have TWO cars that Don't Run in your Driveway..Shop around Dude..This car is not the ONLY Car out there..Good Luck.

im not too sure where it is coming from but i know that its on the passenger side of the bay. and when driving if you play around a little bit the pressure in the system makes it mist up onto the right bottom portion of the windshield but if you let it rest its not so bad.
like i said i havnt picked the car up yet and i was planing to on sunday [ checking it out to see exactly where its at first. ] but it seems to run fine. so im thinking it might be a coolant line or something like that.
cause im not too familier with the rex bay but i know the MR2 has a "hose from hell" that is a common problum.

dood, use spell check or Firefox please, it's pissing me off. I think you should PASS on this FC due to the mileage (unless he has ALL maintenance records).
Without knowing where the leak is we can't help you.
How do you make a car D-spec?

OKAY OKAY im sorry that i cant spell for jack. lol
from what i was reading in a few other forums on here im going to pass on that FC but i was trying to find the "cars for sale" forum on here and i cant. any tips.
and as far as the "D-spec" comment its common rice wording, i want to make the MR2 that i have a Track car and the FC the drift side of things, sense i only need to have the FC be a daily for about 3 or 4 mounths.

Just check out multiple buyer's guides in the FAQ and this one:
http://rx7.voodoobox.net/infofaq/bguide/bguide.html
If the engine is bad or if it has a lot of problems, just walk away; unless you want to dump a ton of cash into a project car. It'll cost more than starting with a nice RX-7 even if you pay more up front.
Once you find one, get a Haynes manual and do every last maintenance item in chapter 1 (or download the FSM from this forum's FAQ). Use only an OEM thermostat. Be especially rigorous about cooling system maintenance items, properly tighten the oil drain plug (not over or under), pull over to the side of the road long before overheating, and check oil and coolant levels frequently. No coolant or no oil = no engine. On a turbo maintain the turbo parts carefully and tune rich before any serious upgrades. An out of control turbo can also pop your engine.
