Help Identify Rebuild Kit Gasket/Seals

I ordered a rebuild kit from Atkins Rotary, and included were these Items that I can't Identify.

#1 - (18) rubber O-ring "molded" to a Metal washer

#2 - (1) gasket [I think this is the split air valve gasket]

#3 - (2) quarter-sized copper rings

#4 - (1) quarter-sized nickel(?) ring

#5 - (1) rubber gasket

#6 - (1) ~1.5 inch copper ring

#7 - (1) smal gasket with a "T" shape cut in it

#8 - (8) dime-sized o-rings

#9 - (2) nickel-sized o-rings

#10 - (4) quarter-sized o-rings

#11 - (1) half-dollar sized thin o-ring

#12 - (1) white plastic ring

#13 - (1) half-dollar sized thick o-ring

#14 - (1) ~5 inch, thin o-ring

#15 - (1) <1 dia. thick o-ring

#16 - (1) <1 dia. thin o-ring

That's the best I can discribe them right now, I'll try to get a picture posted later today.

Here are some guesses since I first posted this...

#1 are washers for the long bolts that go thru the block

#8 are O-rings from the injector "sleeves"

#16 fits INSIDE #12, but I'm not sure what it's part of

#11 is the seal for the MOP

and #14 is the TB~>Dynamic Chamber seal

Still, picture soon

You are correct - these are the "Stat-O-Seals" that go under the tension bolts.

#2 - (1) gasket [I think this is the split air valve gasket]
Could be a number of possiblities - this for a turbo?&nbsp The "extra" stuff looks like this is for an NA...&nbsp Oil filler tube?

#3 - (2) quarter-sized copper rings
Only thing that pops into my mind is coil cooler lines?

#4 - (1) quarter-sized nickel(?) ring
Oil pan bolt crush washer?

(I have no clue what #5 is - it might be an NA specific parts?)

#6 - (1) ~1.5 inch copper ring
Crush washer for the front eccentric shaft bolt.

#7 - (1) smal gasket with a "T" shape cut in it
Gasket for the sub-zero assist vavle.&nbsp This valve should be removed and blocked off.&nbsp Normally sits inside of the lower intake manifold.&nbsp Most cars don't have it anyways.

#8 - (8) dime-sized o-rings
O-rings for dowel pins.

#9 - (2) nickel-sized o-rings
Oil filter pedestal?

(I have no clue what #10 is - might be NA specific parts?)

#11 - (1) half-dollar sized thin o-ring
This is for the CAS - it seals the CAS to the front cover.

#12 - (1) white plastic ring
If you have a Kouki engine, this is needed to surround the o-ring (#16) for the front cover oil o-ring.&nbsp If you have a Zenki FC, you don't need this white, plastic o-ring.

#13 - (1) half-dollar sized thick o-ring
This is for the oil metering pump?&nbsp You have two "#14"'s labelled.&nbsp This is for the oval one.

#14 - (1) ~5 inch, thin o-ring
This is for the biggest diameter o-ring you've got - you've got two #14's.&nbsp This is for the rear stationary gear.&nbsp You need to remove the rear stat gear out of the rear side housing.&nbsp You're see a rubber o-ring at the base of the rear stat gear - replace.

#15 - (1) <1 dia. thick o-ring
Looks like for the tip of the front eccentric shaft bolt.

#16 - (1) <1 dia. thin o-ring
Front cover oil o-ring - see #12.

Yes Ted, I probably should've mentioned...

This rebuild kit was made for a S5 N/A. If anyone knows of a mistake by Ted, ( Remeber, he's a Turbo guy, not an N/A guy, he COULD be wrong ) or knows one of the ones he doesn't. Please, chime in!
