HELP! I broke the water pump housing bolt

I needed to replace the pump due to a nasty leak, as a result of this I broke the bolt flush to the housing.

Would anybody know the thread dimensions to the bolt? I need to tap and die this out.

Also, of the three waterpump bolts - which one Is the longest of the three? Does It bolt In the 11:00 position In accordance with the waterpump pulley?
