Help with hesitation

well as you know my car hesitates above 6000rpm, yesterday i set my TPS, made a block off plate for the ACV that was just sitting on there and adjusted the timing, it still hesitates, what do you think?? need another engine ground, need ECU grounds, or maybe one of the injector air bleeds is broken?? or could it be my exhaust?? please help me

1) Make sure all your ignition stuff is in good shape - spark plugs and spark plug wires.

2) Spec TPS to see if it goes over 6k-6.5k ohms at WOT.&nbsp If it's over these numbers, you need a new TPS.
