Help! Heavy smoke at idle!

So you removed the oil filler cap and no smoke right?
I had the same problem at idle.
I ran a line from the oil filler nipple to a vacuum nipple behind the TB and no problems since.
Ran a T from the big nipple on the block(crankcase) one going to the cannistor and the other one to a catch can.

This is how I did it. Got rid of the PCV becuase according to the book it opens up after 2k on the tach. This way I had vacuum on the oil as the car starts.
Line from the fill neck goes to vacuum nipple behind the TB.
Since I did this no more smoke.
