I am trying to remove the engine harness, and the engine is already out of the car. I have the harness unplugged from the ecu and it seems to be stuck in the grommet on the fire wall or is there another connector I am missing.

There are more plugs on the emissions harness besides the two that go to the ECU. Disconnect all the connectors before pulling on the emissions harness.
