help on flow rate for this walbro pump
A friend has given me a walbro pump, unused, that he originally bought for his skyline. He doesnt know how it flows, pressure, anything.
Ive tried searching and cant find any info on it. Does anyone have access to a list of walbro pumps with flowrates / hp ratings?
On the side of the pump it has:
WALBRO
GSS294
29602-1 MADE IN USA
PAT 4500270 5421306
Looks just like this:

Why not flow and test it yourself? You need a timepiece, a measuring device, proper conversion factors, and a calculator. Hook the thing up to 12vdc and make a measurement. You can use a pressure gauge (doesnt necessarily have to be fuel pressure gauge, you can rig up a tester from stuff at lowes for 10 bucks) to see what it builds as well.
