Help with first start after 10 years of sitting

Hello, I have recently bought a 1986 Rx7 GXL that has been sitting for around 10 years and I think it’s time to see if she will kick over. I’ve read a few other post say to do the basic stuff like change oil, check coolant, put in fresh gas and change spark plugs but before I decide to try and turn it over I wanted to see if there is a way to turn the rotors by hand to make sure the apex seals aren’t going to break from any carbon that might be built up in it, I know the FD’s have the inspection plate on the bell house to access the flywheel to spin the rotors but it doesn’t look like my FC has that. So I wanted to see if there is a way I would be able to spin the rotors externally. Thank you everyone for taking the time to read this a leaving a reply.

big ole 19mm, bolt on the crank just put a ratchet on it and turn slowly and gentley, see if it feels smooth

Go ahead and change the oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, make sure no rats ate your harnesses, drain fuel add some new stuff, new plugs, top off coolant. Before spinning the engine over unplug the CAS and spin the engine oil with the starter until it starts the show oil pressure on the gauge.

Yes a standard 19mm socket on a breaker bar or ratchet will allow you to spin the engine over by hand to make sure everything is free.

I, personally, wouldn't do anything until I was certain it could turn by hand. Then I would pursue straight up starting, priming with gas if necessary. Go from there...

Then compression check.

I'd work some oil into the housings through the spark plug holes while turning the engine over by hand, get everything lubed up real well and reduce as much nastiness as possible before you start priming the oil system for its first restart after so many years. Could use something like seafoam deep creep too.
