When I put my 2.5" DP (oem size) in I just went to a autoparts store and got a generic gasket. It fit perfectly except the holes for the bolts weren't quite right. I trimed out the corners to make the holes larger and it worked out just fine. ie. had U shaped holes

Do you have a cat???
This info was taken from the book "Maximum Boost" by Corky Bell.
"If you do, save some $$$ and dont use a gasket. Gaskets will overheat especially the one right after the turbo. This causes gasket failure (common in tII's) and a leak. It would be better to mate the surfaces even enough to make a perfect seal without a gasket. Not having a gasket will never blow out a gasket"
If that fails stay away from fiber type gaskets.
Buy the book its soo cool!

Well I dont have a cat now but I did. Now that I dont what do you think I should use now. I talked to a guy at racing beat today and they have the gasket for only 7 bucks!! Soooo..... I might just try that approach. But if you have any other suggestions I am more than willing to try them also

The 3" gasket for the Racing Beat exhaust is a special one - you need to get it from Racing Beat. Probably won't find it at an auto parts store. $7 for one is a great price anyhow - go for it!

LOL no we have Autozone (buffet of rice). I was thinking about getting a different gasket and trimming it. but for 7 bucks I will probably just order the right one!
