help in diagnosis

hey guys, just looking for some "Hey that happened to me and this is what is was..." type help, but all guidance is appreciated. I tried searching but couldn't find much.
If its there please point me in the right direction.

Car: 88 NA convertible. No emissions, OMP block off. Custom exhaust, no cats, but unfortunately still the stock "brick"(exh. mani.)

Symptoms:
coolant loss, I thought it was from the weep hole considering my water pump is going out. However, on the rear housing, top, front, (even after a five min drive) I smell coolant and see it water bubbling on the seam created by the manifold/gasket and housing. When I fill the radiator, I am putting about a pint or so of water. I am doing this every three to four drives. My temps stay right at the 1/4th mark on the stock gauge, and when I let the car sit I don't see much bubbles or anything of that sort

This was happening about a year ago, but stopped and has been happening again the past week.

Also, I have noticed that (intermittently) my car feels like the secondaries are unplugged, I have checked these and they all seem secure? I don't know if it is related or not.

Sorry for the shpeal but its all in the hopes of accurate information

Thanks in advance.

The lower intake manifold has 2 O-rings between the manifold and keg.If not sealed creates a leak.

sudden revelation while at work: its probably the coolant line under the intake manifold... the ones that usually just get capped upon removal of the rats nest.
