Help Diagnos...

my car has been doing this awhile...actually ever since I bought the car 2 years ago...

She makes a click sound when I hit the brakes...click...click...
and a constant knock...knock ....knock sound when I'm driving that gets faster as I increase speed and stops if I hit or tap the brakes...

does your car pulsate when you brake or can you feel a vibration in the steering wheel when braking? if yes then i would suspect warped brake rotors, if not then i would suspect maybe worn out u-joints or CV joints in the rear half shafts.
