Unhappy Help!! code 27 and mop/omp problems

I Have trouble shot this as far as I can--I can drive the car for 10-15 minutes and then I get a check engine light and soon after the car will go into Limp-fail safe mode. If I shut the car off then I can start the car right back up and drive it for another 10-15 min till it goes back into limp mode. I get a code 27-omp. I get the right resistance at the connector going to the Omp and I get Continuity going to the ecu. With the Key to On I get 12v at B1 and B2.

Any help would be appreciated-- If I get power at B1 and B2 the ecu should be fine?

I also have 12v coming out of the ecu on all four pins--the more I read in the archives leads me to the mop---The dealer is Tooooooooo$$$$$$$$$$ does anyone have one to sell/trade-give It is a S5 so premixing is kinda out of the Question. I might also be looking for a n351 Ecu if someone has on laying around
