CORK SPORT '80mm Power Series' Mid-Pipe

Even though I put a 80 mm Tanabe DP my car was still boosting stock levels. I have a custom single with a resonator and 2 mufflers in series behind the cat so it still wasn't breathing like I want. Plus my last trip to the drag strip confirmed this as I was only able to pull low 15's. I still need to pick up 4 bolts because the cat has studs and the new pipe just has a flange with bolt holes. It's quite a bit lighter and has a much larger opening.

I doubt that it will be all that loud with a resonator and 2 mufflers, besides if I wanted super quiet I wouldn't drive a sports car.

Got my bolts and guess what? The bolt holes on the new pipe don't line up. "Designed to replace the factory main cat." and I might add its not P&P, some drilling will be required to align the flange holes.

So far this simple job has required the following:
1) CORK SPORT 'Power Series' Mid-Pipe -Turbo, NA (80mm)
2) Gaskets - Cut my own
3) Bolts - SS
4) Drilling stock flange holes out 1/4 to 1/2 inch wider apart

make sure the bolts are heat treated so they can withstand the heat

I prefer stainless steel

Got it together today. No exaust leaks so I warmed it up and did a test run. Boost hit 10 psi and it has never pulled so hard. Can't wait to get back to the track and give it a proper test.

NO don't need one! I have a FD fuel pump and a Rtek 1.5 which is better than a FCD. Look it up.
