help changing air mix motors

hey i jus got the air mix motors from some dudes car i i am going to change them out. but i was wondering what all i had to remove to get to them? i replaced the logicon fine. what all is invovlved in changing these? anyinfo would be greatly appreciated

Just the motor/fan or the whole thing? Just the motor/fan is easy, 3 screws on the bottom, and a plug to unplug. If youre replacing the whole thing, have fun. Its a PITA to get out. Theres no real way to do it, just go at it.
