Best oil and filter

I have a 86 RX7 NA, it has been sitting for about 2 years and i need to change the oil...Any suggestions for best oil and filter...Thanks

I use castrol 20 w 50 and the mazda oil filter..although depending on how cold it gets in your area you might want to use a thinner oil..but if it doesnt get to cold around your parts then you could probally stick with 20 w 50 year round.

Oil- Castrol, Valvoline, or Havoline 10w40 or 20w50 depending on how you drive....cold winters 10w30. Filters- almost any will work if you aren't racing, I like the Bosch, but almost any will work. If you do a search, there was a thread last week on this subject. There was a lot of feedback on filters.
