i bought a 87 tll and the dash was apart i got it back to gether but whan i turn the key forward everything works but after like 60sec it starts to buzzzzzz and it wont stop it is coming from the gage cluster and i can not get it to stop if any body can help me i would be very graetfull no my doors are not open thanks

 

Most likely coolant filler buzz.. add coolant.

 

Are any of the idiot lights coming on? Are they hooked up properly? A really annoying buzz is usually low coolant, and that is very important. A single overheating of a rotary engine can lead to a rebuild. They don't tolerate overheating at all, unlike piston engines.

 

Also could be oil buzzer there is one for both make sure you don't have an oil leak, But more commonly its for coolant i found out the hard way with my first rx7 cause i didn't have the idiot light cluster so i figured the same as you did something was broken if it continues to come back make sure you don't have a coolant leak
