help with aftermarket gauges

I'm looking for a water and oil temp gauge. I found the cyberdyne ones (same as intellitronix) and I thought they were pretty good for the $$ and easy to install. but then I just found these http://www.intellitronix.com/streetdig.html which are the same gauge but with memory recall. but under a different name "nordskog" and I can't find anything about them other then this site. they have the senders at summit but not the gauges???

are all 3 companys the same? which name are they called now. and where can I find more info on the nordskog ones. you can't beat that price for a memery recall gauge (yeah I know the sender is more).

any one used any of these gauges?

then again for an extra $60 I could get the single SPA gauge which is pretty sweet too.... http://www.spatechnique.com/instruments.html
but when I talked to a guy who was selling them on his page he told me this.

"At this time I'm not selling the SPA products due to a problem with the sending units for the gauges. We have had much more trouble with the thermocouples, pressure sensors, and temp sensors then I'm willing to tolerate. I'm sure you will be able to find someone who will provide the gauge for your."

Cyberdyne became Intellitronix, which became Norksdog. They're all the same thing.

I've used the air/fuel ratio gauges, and they work pretty well.

There's a guy who modifies the cheap A/F gauges to make them more accurate: http://gadgetseller.com/gauges/ .

I saw them in a rice mag. I went to their site and it sux none of the links work right. They look good, but you would have to call and find a price

I read up on the comp. who modifies the gauges, and I just can't see how it could be very accurate from using the signal from the stock 02 sensor. just my .02

yeah I don't care about the air/fuel gauges. I already have a sweet one but I don't even look at it. you really need a wide band one.

I think I might just get the SPA gauge. it's $200 for the dual water / oil temp, with warning lights and peak hold. cheaper then buying 2 good gauges and it only takes up one place.

Summit sells the Nordskog guages. I just ordered my fuel pressure guage from them today.

Here are some part numbers:
2-1/16" Guages:
Water Temp: NRD-M9013
Oil Temp : NRD-M9008
Oil Press : NRD-M9014
Boost : NRD-M9017 (0-16 psi)
Fuel Press : NRD-M8034 (0-100 psi)
AFR : NRD-M7009

I think analog guages will be better for needed instruments like a boost guage, but the ones you don't use ALL the time like fuel pressure, I thought would be cool to get something different, and also it's electronic so it can be mounted inside the car without having fuel lines run up the A-pillar.

sweet thanks, I searched for Nordskog there but it only came up with sending units. but searching by the #'s works. way cheaper then there home page. I'll keep these in my mind.

I agree with the analog. boost, egt etc I'd rather see the needle move. but temp an't going to be moving much. only thing I'd like would be a warning light too.

tell me what you think about it when it come's. you'll have it way before I get around to ordering mine.
