Help about RIMS
so im thinking of buying 18'' but i hear it will suck *** i also want to do suspension work of like lowering it about 1-1.5 inches. people are telling me the ride will be crap and uncomfortable.. should i stick to 16'' rims(the size of the stock rims that it comes with)? or try 17's/18's?

It doesn't matter what size rims you get as long as you don't get something like 19s or 20s and get lower profile tires. For example, with 16s you use 225/50/16 but with 17s, you use 225/45/17.
17" wheels
The stock 15" I have are +40mm offset.
I also have 17" (see the sig) but they have a +35mm offset which puts them 5mm further away from the hub. Looks good and no rubbing at all, even at extreme lock (turn).

That's only true if the widths of the rim are the same.
I'm running 17X7.5 40mm offset all around and it's just fine
For fronts, anything that's not wider than 8 inch and in +30-40mm offset range should be fine. For 8 inch up front, you wanna stay with +30-35mm offset. It goes same for the rears except that you can fit up to 9 inch in the rear.
