Help with 91 T11 engine and wiring

I have an 83 Rx7. I am putting a 91 T11 Jspec engine in it,but I am wiring it as an 88 T11....why?...because I have an 88 computer, mass air, computer and engine harnest.
I have changed the MOP to mechanical, but I have a few questions:
- The injectors on the 91 T11 Jspec are hign impedence and on the 88 it is low.....does this cause a problem for me....do I need a reaistor pack....
- I don't have a main relay for the T11........will any 30A/40A relay work......
- Any other advise/comments would help....
It would have been better to use a haltec.....but I already have the 88 computer, w/h, airflow meter..........plus the added cost is a little out of my budget right now....
thanks,
rayd

i think you'll need to get rid of the restor pack behind the pass headlight for your injectors IIRC

You would also need to pre-mix since the s5 omp is run by the ECU. That or swap to an s4 front cover that has the mechanical OMP, and hook up the rod to the TB linkage to operate it.

If it's truly a 1988 harness, it has no resistor pack.
1988's were all high impedence, so there is no resistors for the injectors.
Also, the 1988 harness run rectangular plugs, so your S5 J-spec engine will come with oval plugs on the fuel injectors - they will not fit.
