A pus spewing blood gut in hell!

My car is semi broken again. (How do I manage to do it?) First a little back info, 87 NA fc w~ 207+ thousand miles. I've installed a fuel cutoff switch in order to get the car started without pushing it everwhere. That said, i've been trying to find the source of a strange ticking sound coming from the exaust side of the engine. Ive changed the gaskets on the 5th & 6th ports and replaced my ACV and wagon wheel check valve with a junk yard unit, using the original gasket with liberal amounts of sealant.

My car runs just like normal but wants to bog out and stall below 1500 rpm. I can now only start it by tow strap. I have used my code checker to see if my ecu is throwing any codes, nothing. Though when I stop the car I and keep it running I get a beep beep pause repeat signal, dunno what that means yet. The whole problem started when I stalled the car. I was able to get the car restarted with no problem but thats when I first noticed it didnt want to idle.

What the hell did I do this time??

I already have a rebuilt starter. I also replaced both battery cables awhile ago. I know my compression is rather shitty but I highly doubt that is what is causing my car not to idle. This was a night and day thing, I REstarted it while it was already warm and it wouldnt idle but otherwise run fine.

Maybe carbon buildup or carbopn lock. Can you turn the crank my hand or is it too stiff?

I get a clicking sound coming from my 5/6th port actuators. There's a little rectangular "bracket" on them that has 2 holes in it. For some reason they're not secure and bounce creating a rapid clicking noise.
