Help: 1991 convertible wont start
I just bought a 1991 convertible. The car would startup fine for the 1st week I had it. This week the car will not start. I checked the following.
1. Has spark
2. Has Fuel
3. Checked Main Relay
4. The car is not flooding.
5. Changed ECU
If I put starting fluid in the intake. The car will start and run and drive without any issues.
For some weird reason the green primary injector wires going to the ECU are giving a positive signal.
(I'm making this assumption because it's lighting up my test light.

The Green injector wires will have battery voltage w/key to on but when the ECU fires the injectors the ECU would then send a ground through those wires but it occurs at such a fast manner a voltage reading taken by a multimeter would indicate a voltage of less than 12 volts but far greater than 0 volts.
