help 1990

hi, i just put my omp back on my 1990 vert, and was wondering if i neede to purge the sucker or whatever...someone mentioned that to me. all i did was bolt the sucker on and plug the wires...can someone give me some instruction on what to do next?? so i can get my car back and running?

Purge it. Its electronic and oil is under pressure.
But, if the lines are dry, then the engine isn't getting any oil. Run premix until the oil injector lines show oil. If the lines don't fill with oil, then worry about the condition of the MOP.
