Hellof Vibration. (searched) not driveshaft!

My car vibrates like a massage chair when im on the freeways. It responds to MPH. and even when i put the clutch in, or put it in neutral on the freeway, it still vibrates. I replaced my driveshaft with a mazdatrix one not long ago, and got new rims/tires. i dont think its balance because the vibration is still there after the new rims. Any ideas?
