The problem with the faq is that nothing at all shows up... I can enter anything for a quick search, and funny nothing shows up. The faq says that it couldnt find anything under the search. Can someone just post the color coded diagram here. Thanks

The FAQ for FC sticky thread has the whole wiring system for the radio spelled out. It is found at the top of this section in the sticky threads there: https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/frequently-asked-questions-2nd-generation-rx-7-faq-fc-494667/ It can also be found at the top sticky threads in the New Members section under the New Member Technical Questions section.

And the wire colors are exactly the same for the S4 and S5 radios.

Please read the FAQ for FC sticky thread before posting. Many of the commonly (or frequently) asked questions are covered there.

Thank you Icemark, finally got access to the link. Sir Ive installed the wiring correctly and unfornutltey my pioneer headunit doesnt turn on. Ive checked the audio fuse and its not blown. My ground from the headunit is installed to the side of the dead pedal, with a 10mm bolt. Any suggestions? Thanks:icon_ 2tup: S UP Im also going to run wires straight from the headunit to the speakers.

you really need at least a test light to see if you are getting a proper power and ground.

Sorry I took too long to reply Icemark. Sir the overhead light dome turns on only if I press on it. I finally got the clock to turn on when I switch the ignition to acc. Um Ive replaced all blown fuses and whats funny sir is that even with the test light there are some that dont light it up. Ive checked the blue/red wire and it shows current, the blue/white is supposed to show current when the ignition is switched to acc. It doesnt... What can you recommend? Rewiring the acc wire from the headunit directly to my ignition? Everything welcomed here!! thanks

There is a constant power and an Ignition power. Is the unit getting power in either of these states?

If the dome light is not coming on when you open the door you have a blown room fuse, which will prevent both the clock and the radio from functioning correctly.

You clearly didn't check your fuses before posting.

The clock does work and so does the dome lights. When i turn the key to acc the clock comes on, Ive checked the blue/white wire with a test light (with the key on acc) and it doesnt light. Ive checked the constant wire, blue/red and it shows power. I did a conutinity test with a voltmeter and all the fuses are good, Ive even replaced them all.
